It is housed in town and is a short walk away from the pubs and about a ten minute walk from campus. This is a co-ed house, has a large back yard, and the residents who live here are expected to fix anything they break. The main feature is the new appliances, and its housed in town but still a very short walk onto campus. The house is co-ed but strongly recommended that the floors be separated by sex. The students who live are expected to maintain an "Acceptable" average in their school work and are also expected to not cause too much trouble. Not as strict as the other Oakview house, however, this would be a good housing option for those students who are very serious about their studies. The residence in this house can expect to find a close walk to campus and a relativity short walk to the centre of the town.
